MATCHY is operated by Active Life Solutions Ltd. We are committed to protecting children and do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation on MATCHY.

Prohibited content and behaviour

MATCHY strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This includes grooming, sexual exploitation, sexual extortion and sharing or requesting sexual content involving children.

Reporting a concern

Users can report safety concerns through MATCHY’s in-app reporting feature or contact us at support@matchy.cy. Please do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to your email.

Our response

We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and restricting or suspending accounts. When we become aware of child sexual abuse material on MATCHY, we remove it and report confirmed material to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
