Delete your MATCHY account

You can delete your MATCHY account directly from the app by going to Profile → Danger Zone → Account Deletion.

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing support@matchy.cy from the email address associated with your MATCHY account.

Your account and associated personal data will normally be deleted or anonymized within 14 days, except where limited information must be retained for legal, security or regulatory purposes.
